[0:00] I think that it's as much worship for our Father to see you coming together before and after our worship time.

[0:13] ! I think it's worship when He sees you fellowshipping with one another, enjoying being with each other, hugging, slapping one another on the back, reacquainting.

[0:26] I think the Father has pure joy in that time. And I want you to see it as such. It's not a put down to this room.

[0:41] This is just a room. It's not a sanctuary. You put birds in sanctuaries and put latches on the doors so they can't get out.

[0:53] This is not a sanctuary. There's a sanctuary that dwells within us. And so I think the beauty of the church gathering is that fellowship.

[1:07] For it is the fellowship that He created us. Prior to anything existing, the Father and the Son and the Spirit had fellowship.

[1:21] And prior to creating human beings, God created other beings. Angels and cherubim and serubim and all kinds of creatures are...

[1:34] I mean, it wouldn't surprise me that there are planets with other creatures. I don't exclude that. God didn't tell me all that I needed to know. Just only what I needed to know.

[1:46] And yet, one day, the Trinity says, let's bring others into this fellowship that we have.

[1:57] This inner connectedness, this relationship that we share with each other. And the idea of creating a man and a woman was born.

[2:14] Don't teach your kids that one day they're going to be angels and have wings. What foolishness. They, while they're...

[2:25] Can see and be in the presence of God, they cannot share. They were not created to share in the fellowship. But we are.

[2:36] And that's why the Scripture says that we were born in the image. We were made in the image of God. Because we were made to fellowship. Father, Son, Spirit, and Church.

[2:54] The Bride of Christ. What greater honor given to us than to be considered the Bride of Christ.

[3:05] There was always a mystery in the Old and the New. And it says it in Colossians, I believe. Christ in you. The hope of glory.

[3:18] Ezekiel never saw that. Elijah never saw that. Moses never saw that. Abraham didn't understand that. Jews today still believe that when it talks...

[3:31] God talks to Abraham and talks about grains of sand on the seashores. He's only talking about Jews. But we know different, don't we?

[3:44] He's including us in that. We are sons and daughters of Abraham. Pretty big deal, I think.

[3:55] And so when we come to the Acts of the Apostles... Well, let's see. We got corrected on that. Acts of the Holy Spirit.

[4:09] Well, let's think about that for a second. Who is the Holy Spirit? Well, he's Christ in you. The hope of glory. So maybe it's the Acts of Jesus Christ in you.

[4:21] Who is your and my hope of glory. And something new that never existed before...

[4:32] ...was never in the mind of any man, woman, or child before... ...came into the world with the resurrection of Jesus Christ. And in that very first chapter, here comes the Holy Spirit...

[4:46] ...the incarnate Christ indwelling us. He was the incarnate Christ. He was living, breathing. But in order to be everywhere, in all of our hearts...

[5:01] ...he had to go away. And he says there's another one coming... ...and he will be your comforter. He will comfort you when times are hard...

[5:13] ...when things are harsh... ...when the storms are blowing. And he will comfort you even in the good times. And so the comforter comes.

[5:26] And he comes to indwell us. And now we're moving from Jesus who is in flesh and blood form... ...and we're moving into something brand spanking new.

[5:39] I had a theology professor and he said... ...you know, it's possible that God himself lacked for one thing. It's hard to imagine that.

[5:51] That could be true. Really? What could he lack for? Up until Jesus living this life and dying on a cross...

[6:04] ...God may have lacked the experience of being a human being. Of what it means to be tempted.

[6:15] Of what it means to hurt. Not only for yourself but for somebody else. To see people cry. To see humanity going by. For where he lived there in Nazareth...

[6:28] Was it Nazareth? Where did he live? What was the name of that town? Nazareth? Yeah. Nazareth was a trade center. I just wanted to see if Wes was still listening to me.

[6:40] You do it to everybody else. I thought I'd do it to you. Nazareth was a trade center.

[6:50] That's where real trade was going on. And Israel was placed by the Father... ...right in the perfect place to be the crossroads...

[7:00] ...of the trade of the world. And Israel... I mean, you go east to Israel... ...desert, desert, desert, desert, desert. We see regularly pictures of Syria...

[7:12] ...the Afghanistan... ...and Iran and Iraq... ...and they all look bleak, don't they? And they had one or two trails... ...and to go across some of those deserts...

[7:22] ...from Persia... ...which would be modern day Iran... ...all the way to Egypt... ...thousands of miles over... ...just nothing... ...hardly any bushes or anything.

[7:35] And so... ...everybody came around through Israel. And where Jesus was at in that carpenter's shop...

[7:46] ...there were the languages of the world... ...being spoken by everybody. ...and the trade language became Greek. And the original language of the New Testament...

[8:00] ...what's called today is Koine Greek... ...wasn't classical Greek... ...it's Koine Greek... ...it is street Greek is what it is. You know, there's English...

[8:12] ...and then there's street English. And some of us that don't get around street English very much... ...might not even understand what's going on.

[8:24] So many abbreviations... ...and shortcuts... ...in there. I go down to Nicaragua... ...and their first language down there is English.

[8:35] And they can speak in English... ...that any of us would understand. But when they get amongst one another... ...they speak in English... ...that most of us wouldn't even...

[8:46] ...you might catch a word or two... ...and think, what language is this? It's not Spanish. I know it's not Spanish. And it's what we might have called... ...years ago, Pig Latin.

[8:57] English. It just... ...is birthed out of... ...out of that particular culture. And only they understand it. Well, this is the world that Jesus grows up in.

[9:09] This is the world that Jesus is dealing in. He is speaking multiple languages. He's learned multiple languages... ...because of this atmosphere of trade...

[9:20] ...and commerce... ...in that part of the world. Now, given all of that... ...we come to acts of Jesus Christ...

[9:31] ...and the first thing that has to happen is... ...we've got to get the Holy Spirit. In this transition from Jesus...

[9:42] ...walking, breathing human flesh... ...to what we now call the church... ...and just for your information... ...when I first named this Christ Family...

[9:54] ...I didn't name it Christ Family Church. Because in my mind... ...the word church in our culture today... ...is pretty much irrelevant.

[10:04] In fact, it has more negative connotations... ...than it does positive connotations. Donald Trump... ...the word in Greek, ekklesia...

[10:16] ...he holds ekklesia. Every time he has a group meeting... ...it's an ekklesia. This year, for the first time... ...I got to go down to the Gwinnett Braves...

[10:27] ...and drive students down there... ...and I got to sit in that... ...Gwinnett Braves stadium... ...and I was a part of... ...an ekklesia. And people think of...

[10:41] ...church when they hear the word church... ...and they think, well... ...they're only after money... ...they only talk about negative stuff. ...what's with all the chandeliers? Do you know there was a guy that...

[10:55] ...in California that built a crystal cathedral? His budget every year to keep that glass clean... ...which was not really crystal...

[11:07] ...it was more like the windshield on your car... ...was far, far, far greater...

[11:18] ...than the budget that we'll ever have here totally... ...just to keep the glass clean. We've done some foolish things in the name of church.

[11:30] So I thought, you know... ...the real... ...what real church... ...what New Testament church should be about... ...is family.

[11:42] So I called it Christ's family. I didn't call it Christ's family. Church. I figured family was a good enough word. So I would stand before you this morning...

[11:54] ...and I wouldn't say... ...good morning, church. I would say, good morning, family. For while I'm an old uncle... ...that sits over there pretty much by himself...

[12:05] ...and doesn't say much to any of you... ...don't engage very much... ...I purely enjoy... ...watching... ...you... ...fellowship.

[12:16] Brings great joy to my heart. My father is... ...giving me the opportunity... ...to participate in over... ...3,000 new churches...

[12:27] ...curches being started... ...across this country... ...and in other countries. I've had my fingerprints... ...on some aspect... ...of church...

[12:37] ...churches... ...individual churches... ...being started... ...over 3,000 times... ...and yet I get... ...to be here with you...

[12:49] ...and enjoy the fruit... ...of what the father... ...the difference that the father can make... ...in our lives. How does that start?

[12:59] The Holy Spirit comes within us... ...our comforter... ...our... ...down payment... ...for this hope...

[13:10] ...that is to come... ...Christ in you... ...the hope of... ...glory. ...glory. Oh... ...that's exciting. If you can't get excited about that...

[13:22] ...there... ...you're missing a gene somewhere. Something's not right in your DNA. If there's a reason for gene therapy...

[13:34] ...that would be it. We need to inject you with something. We need to punch you with something. We need to do something... ...because it doesn't get any more...

[13:45] ...glorious... ...than that. Well, I think if Moses knew that today... ...Moses would say... ...sign me up. Abraham would say... ...hey, I give up everything I've got for that.

[13:58] Elijah... ...Elisha... ...all of the great old prophets... ...would say... ...that's for me. And that's where we start...

[14:10] ...in Acts. About 30 AD... ...there at the beginning... ...spring. And things begin to roll. But...

[14:22] ...chapter 9... ...where... ...Clay would have been today... ...Clay got his... ...25,000 mile... ...tune-up.

[14:36] And, you know... ...a lot of times when they do a tune-up... ...they disconnect the battery... ...of your car... ...they disconnected him... ...his head from his... ...they put him asleep...

[14:49] ...is what they did. They just knocked him out. Chapter 9... ...we see the conversion of Paul. Now... ...the conversion of Paul... ...is not a seminal moment... ...in this transition...

[15:02] ...that's going on... ...in this birthing... ...of the church. ...and the conversion of Paul... ...is about eight years after... ...the resurrection...

[15:13] ...and the ascension of Jesus. It's not, you know... ...next week... ...or two years from now... ...it's about eight years... ...before this happened. In between... ...he is called...

[15:25] ...the... ...of the church. Not... ...a persecutor... ...he is... ...the... ...persecutor... ...of the church. ...everybody could stand back...

[15:36] ...all the chief priests... ...everybody could stand back... ...and say... ...go Paul... ...go Paul... ...well no... ...he was Saul then... ...when he... ...go Saul... ...go Saul... ...get it done...

[15:46] ...my hands are clean... ...Saul was doing all of it... ...but they were... ...ra-ra-ing him on... ...even Herod...

[15:58] ...got into the act... ...but it's not... ...a seminal transition. What happens in... ...chapter 9... ...verse 32...

[16:08] ...is that... ...Peter... ...is given a revelation... ...a vision... ...and...

[16:18] ...chapter 10... ...Peter... ...is called to the house... ...of a Roman centurion... ...a battalion commander... ...which was a big position...

[16:31] ...in the Roman army... ...this Roman army... ...was called the Italian cohort... ...and he was over it... ...and he was...

[16:41] ...he was... ...he was a believer... ...he was wanting to believe... ...he was wanting to understand... ...and he sins for... ...he sins for Peter...

[16:54] ...and Peter is now going into the house... ...of a... ...of a Gentile... ...no... ...no...

[17:05] ...no... ...no... ...that's not the... ...that's not the way of a Jew... ...he was going to sit down... ...and eat with them... ...oh no... ...no... ...no... ...that's... ...not the way of a Jew...

[17:16] ...it... ...it was forbidden... ...anything in that house... ...and eaten in that house... ...was... ...unclean...

[17:27] ...to the Jew... ...it didn't matter how much... ...you washed your hands... ...it was still going to be... ...unclean... ...and here's this...

[17:38] ...before you can have... ...revelation... ...you've got to have... ...illumination... ...and Peter's eyes... ...were opened...

[17:49] ...and on the heels of that... ...was this revelation... ...that God had opened... ...the door to all... ...peoples...

[17:59] ...and Nathan wanted me to speak today... ...on racism... ...and I ain't going to say... ...much about racism... ...but here you begin to see...

[18:13] ...you see... ...long before Muhammad... ...thought up... ...the idea of having... ...infidels... ...Jews had...

[18:24] ...Gentiles... ...the intent... ...of Jews for Gentiles... ...wasn't as dramatic... ...as it was for Muhammad... ...with infidels... ...but the concept...

[18:36] ...is still the same... ...the Bible never talks... ...about racism... ...the Bible... ...though... ...uses the word...

[18:47] ...in the original language... ...the Greek... ...ethnos... ...and we get the word... ...ethnicity from it... ...it... ...acknowledges that there are... ...ethnic groups...

[18:58] ...of all... ...types... ...and... ...flavors... ...and... ...body types... ...and... ...skin color... ...and... ...it goes all the way back...

[19:08] ...to Nimrod... ...I think... ...people were being disobedient... ...to God... ...you remember... ...and... ...and... ...they were... ...instead of... ...going to the ends of the earth... ...and... ...and...

[19:18] ...multiplying... ...they were gathering... ...themselves up... ...and... ...and said... ...whoa... ...this is really good... ...let's... ...let's build us a tower... ...so we can... ...we can just physically... ...ourselves... ...go up to heaven...

[19:29] ...we can go up... ...we can come down... ...we can go up... ...we can come down... ...wouldn't that be a neat thing? ...God baffles them by... ...separating them by language...

[19:41] ...if you want to reach a person... ...of another ethnos... ...learn their language first... ...and then... ...Jesus told the 70... ...when he sent them out...

[19:52] ...he said... ...now go and stay in that person... ...of peace's house... ...and eat whatever... ...they eat... ...missionaries far too long...

[20:03] ...have... ...separated themselves... ...from those that they're... ...intending to reach... ...when it comes to food... ...but Jesus realized... ...you not only have to know...

[20:14] ...the language... ...but the language... ...is the entrance... ...door to the culture... ...and you gotta... ...eat... ...what they eat... ...oh...

[20:25] ...I've never had squid before... ...eat the squid... ...oh... ...I don't like tomatoes... ...eat those tomatoes...

[20:40] ...and now we find ourselves... ...in this... ...complex world of...

[20:51] ...ethnicity... ...now we'll go to Galatians 2... ...the first missionary journey...

[21:05] ...of Barnabas and Paul... ...has already happened... ...and when they get done... ...they come back... ...and they go to Jerusalem... ...to give a report... ...of what's happened... ...all the Gentiles...

[21:18] ...yes we did what we were... ...supposed to do... ...first of all... ...we went to the synagogue... ...and gave the Jews... ...an opportunity... ...to say yes to Jesus... ...but when they...

[21:29] ...they didn't respond... ...then we went to the streets... ...as we sat... ...and made... ...a tent... ...on the corner... ...we told everybody... ...about Jesus...

[21:41] ...and we just testified... ...of what we had seen... ...and what we had heard... ...and... ...and... ...we lived our lives out... ...he says in Thessalonica... ...in Thessalonians... ...he said...

[21:52] ...I... ...I... ...gave my life... ...to you... ...lived my life... ...out in front of you... ...and that's what they did... ...they just lived... ...Jesus out... ...in these towns...

[22:04] ...that they went to... ...and they went through... ...the area of Galatia... ...and... ...then they come back... ...and they make the report... ...and in Galatians... ...the first chapter... ...he's recording...

[22:15] ...for us... ...the... ...occasion... ...of that... ...council in Jerusalem... ...and how he had... ...to kind of set... ...Peter straight... ...by now...

[22:26] ...Peter... ...even though he had this... ...illumination... ...and revelation... ...was backing off... ...because there were some... ...Pharisees... ...who had become believers... ...and kept saying...

[22:37] ...no it's Jesus... ...plus... ...circumcision... ...Jesus... ...plus... ...plus... ...and that's what... ...many are doing... ...in the churches today...

[22:49] ...and why the church... ...leaves such a bitter taste... ...in the mouths of people... ...who have yet to come to know Christ... ...because it's...

[23:00] ...always seems to be about... ...plus... ...plus... ...and yet what we have... ...here... ...is Jesus...

[23:11] ...is... ...enough... ...when I was the age of most... ...many of you... ...college... ...just got saved... ...I... ...I used to preach... ...and teach... ...Jesus...

[23:22] ...me... ...equals... ...enough... ...dum... ...dum... ...dum... ...it took me a while...

[23:33] ...to realize... ...he didn't really need me... ...at all... ...it's just... ...Jesus is enough... ...the fact that he wants... ...to include me... ...in what he's doing...

[23:45] ...praise God... ...that I get to be involved... ...that I get to... ...to be a part of... ...what he's doing... ...but he don't need me to do it... ...he wants me... ...involved...

[23:57] ...he wants you... ...involved... ...you may not believe it... ...yet or not... ...but I'm going to tell you this... ...and I want you to write it down... ...and always remember it... ...there is at least one person...

[24:09] ...in this world... ...while you're alive... ...that the only Jesus... ...they'll ever believe in... ...is the Jesus... ...they see... ...in you... ...could be...

[24:22] ...your children... ...could be a family member... ...could be somebody... ...in your class... ...this next semester... ...but there's at least...

[24:33] ...one person in your life... ...that the only Jesus... ...they'll ever believe in... ...is the Jesus... ...they see... ...and hear... ...from you...

[24:45] ...and now... ...verse 11... ...chapter 2... ...Paul opposes Peter... ...but when Cephas... ...came to Antioch... ...you remember that's Peter...

[24:57] ...I opposed him to his face... ...because he stood condemned... ...for prior to the coming... ...of certain men... ...from James... ...he used to eat...

[25:08] ...with the Gentiles... ...but when they came... ...he began to withdraw... ...and hold himself aloof... ...fearing... ...the party of the circumcision... ...and the rest of the Jews...

[25:20] ...joined him in hypocrisy... ...with the result... ...that even Barnabas... ...was carried away... ...by their hypocrisy... ...but when I saw... ...that they were not... ...straightforward... ...about the truth...

[25:31] ...of the gospel... ...I said to Cephas... ...in the presence of all... ...if you being a Jew... ...live like the Gentiles... ...and not like the Jews... ...how is it... ...that you...

[25:42] ...compel the Gentiles... ...to live like Jews... ...we are Jews... ...by nature... ...and not... ...sinners... ...from among the Gentiles... ...nevertheless...

[25:54] ...knowing... ...that a man... ...is not justified... ...by the works of the law... ...but through faith... ...in Christ Jesus... ...even we have believed... ...in Christ Jesus...

[26:05] ...that we may be justified... ...by faith in Christ... ...and not by the works of the law... ...since by the works of the law... ...shall no flesh... ...be justified...

[26:17] ...or saved... ...but if while... ...seeking to be justified... ...in Christ... ...we ourselves... ...have also been found... ...sinners... ...is Christ...

[26:28] ...then the minister of sin? God forbid... ...may it never be... ...for if I... ...rebuild what I have...

[26:40] ...once destroyed... ...I prove myself... ...to be a transgressor... ...for through the law... ...I died to the law... ...that I might live... ...unto God...

[26:52] ...not for God... ...that little word... ...to is really critical there... ...to understand... ...what to... ...or unto God... ...there's more expressions... ...of us living...

[27:03] ...unto God... ...than there is... ...ever expressions... ...of us living... ...for God... ...our primary... ...living is... ...unto God...

[27:14] ...for through the law... ...I died to the law... ...that I might live... ...unto God... ...I have been crucified... ...with Christ... ...and yet it's no longer...

[27:26] ...but it's Christ... ...who lives in me... ...and the life... ...which I now live... ...in the flesh... ...in the Son of God... ...who loved me... ...and delivered... ...Himself...

[27:37] ...up for me... ...I do not... ...nullify... ...the grace of God... ...for if righteousness... ...comes... ...through the law... ...then Christ... ...died...

[27:48] ...needlessly... ...needlessly... ...huge stuff... ...right there... ...our president...

[28:00] ...was recorded this last week... ...and it was replayed... ...again and again... ...and he said... ...everybody... ...bias... ...and he's right...

[28:12] ...I believe that... ...we are all biased... ...somehow or another... ...in fact there's probably... ...more bias in the world... ...than there is... ...what we used to say... ...when I was a kid...

[28:23] ...Carter has little liver pills... ...or... ...50 flavor ice cream... ...parlor... ...or... ...there's lots of biases... ...and there's lots of reasons... ...that those biases...

[28:36] ...find themselves embedded... ...into our thinking... ...and into the decisions... ...that we make... ...and how we act out... ...some of it's cultural... ...some of it has to do... ...with the geography...

[28:48] ...that we find ourselves in... ...some of it has to do with... ...our family experiences... ...or our... ...the color of our skin's experiences... ...there's... ...thousands...

[29:01] ...of reasons... ...for bias... ...bias... ...in and of itself... ...is not sin... ...it's what you do... ...with your bias...

[29:13] ...that becomes sin... ...it's how you live that out... ...and I believe... ...that bigotry... ...is taking a bias... ...to its extreme...

[29:25] ...where... ...it becomes... ...hatred... ... ...see... ...I don't believe in racism... ...racism...

[29:38] ...in its definition... ...is really... ...an... ...ethnic bias... ...but to say... ...a person is a racist...

[29:50] ...well... ...there's only one race... ...that I know of... ...and it's called human... ...and so it's like saying... ...I hate all human beings... ...and in fact...

[30:02] ...there have been... ...records of... ...of people... ...hate people so much... ...that they have no... ...conscious... ...no... ...feelings... ...whatsoever... ...as to...

[30:13] ...the death of human beings... ...or... ...the life of human beings... ...a lot of them end up... ...being hermits maybe... ...they just get away... ...they can't stand...

[30:24] ...being around people... ...I guess that would be a racist... ...just... ...detest all people... ...but up until that point...

[30:35] ...what we're talking about... ...is bigotry... ...and bigotry takes... ...all kinds of... ...especially when it comes to ethnos... ...that's where we get... ...ethnic cleansing from...

[30:48] ...is a hatred for... ...a particular people... ...to the extent... ...that we no longer... ...care about them living... ...there are many people...

[31:01] ...in the Middle East... ...that feel that way about Israel... ...if they thought... ...they could get away with it... ...they would bomb... ...out of existence... ...tomorrow... ...tonight...

[31:17] ...and these kind... ...this kind of bigotry... ...this ethnic bigotry... ...exists... ...all... ...over the world... ...and unfortunately... ...many people... ...many people who have come...

[31:28] ...from other countries... ...and have settled in the United States... ...some of that comes with them... ...but what do you do with it?

[31:42] Well, in Christ Jesus... ...he frees us from it... ...now you're free from it... ...but you still can choose... ...to put it in your pocket... ...I get in these verses here...

[31:54] ...especially up there in... ...verse 17... ...that we're no longer... ...having been born again... ...considered by God... ...as sinners... ...but over and over...

[32:08] ...and over and over... ...and over again... ...all the way through... ...all the way through... ...all the way through... ...it talks about saints... ...it's addressing... ...themselves to saints... ...not sinners...

[32:20] ...to saints... ...now who are the saints? ...are they a select... ...little group of... ...pastors... ...and their wives... ...who are... ...you know... ...more into it...

[32:31] ...or more up on it... ...than you and me? ...or is he talking about... ...all of us... ...who are born again? ...you can't be a saint... ...and a sinner... ...at the same time...

[32:42] ...now because you're a saint... ...doesn't mean you can't sin... ...in fact... ...that's the most miserable person... ...I know on the face of the earth... ...that I've ever counseled with... ...that I've ever tried to help...

[32:54] ...is the saint... ...who still... ...chooses... ...sin... ...that's... ...misery... ...well I've heard all the excuses...

[33:07] ...I can worship God... ...just as well out here... ...on this fishing boat... ...as I can... ...in that church... ...jillions and jillions...

[33:19] ...of excuses... ...but none of them... ...hold water... ...buckets... ...got no bottom to it... ...the biggest barrier...

[33:42] ...if you don't write anything else down... ...write this one word... ...the biggest barrier... ...between the ethnos of this world...

[33:55] ...is the assumptions we make... ...about the other ethnos... ...are just people in general... ...I've met some of the sweetest people...

[34:09] ...on the face of this earth... ...but when you first see them... ...tatted up... ...ugly... ...there's some ugly people in this... ...I drive a school bus...

[34:21] ...there's some ugly kids... ...on that school bus... ...and I'm not talking about... ...just the way they act... ...I'm talking about the way they look... ...and there are literally a couple... ...I've got a couple that are stinky too...

[34:37] ...we jump... ...and make assumptions... ...based on our senses... ...and I think that's why the Proverbs... ...cautions us... ...to be slow to speak...

[34:50] ...slow to make a decision... ...slow to make any kind of judgments... ...because we need to take... ...time to... ...there was the old commentator...

[35:02] ...Paul Harvey... ...who used to talk about... ...and the rest of the story... ...until you really know... ...who it is that you're working with... ...you really don't know them...

[35:15] ...you've got to eat what they eat... ...you've got to engage... ...in their lives... ...and I've got to tell you... ...that's tough...

[35:27] ...it's a whole lot easier for me... ...to stay home and watch TV... ...than to go get involved... ...in people's lives... ...because if you're involved with them... ...long enough...

[35:40] ...they'll start... ...showing... ...their lives... ...and not just a... ...shiny bright... ...facade...

[35:53] ...so that's all I have to say... ...about racism... ...to tell you the truth... ...check your own heart... ...open your mind up... ...make no assumptions...

[36:05] ...take your time... ...to get to know people... ...before you make decisions... ...I'd like to be... ...straightforward and honest with you... ...and let me be...

[36:17] ...I have a bias... ...I've got a lot of biases... ...but I'll just share one with you... ...and this bias happened... ...even before I was saved... ...I don't like hanging out...

[36:31] ...with smart people... ...who act like fools... ...now what changed... ...when I got saved was... ...was some of the things that...

[36:44] ...I accepted as being alright... ...to hang out with... ...was foolish things... ...but I found out in the Bible... ...that in this case...

[36:55] ...it was alright... ...because Proverbs tells me... ...walk away from the fool... ...walk away from the... ...the foolish people... ...that some of the... ...most foolish people... ...I've ever met...

[37:06] ...are educated... ...I listen to... ...news on TV... ...and... ...educated people...

[37:17] ...and I hear some of the... ...dumbest things... ...and I just quietly... ...move away from them... ...for God didn't give it to me...

[37:29] ...to change them... ...that's God's business... ...don't get involved... ...in the Holy Spirit's... ...in other people's lives... ...unless you have a distinct...

[37:42] ...invitation from Him... ...to engage... ...watch your... ...watch your assumptions... ...stay out of bigotry... ...let Father...

[37:54] ...teach you about your biases... ...and teach you... ...what's acceptable... ...what isn't acceptable... ...and don't worry about racism... ...as far as you're concerned...

[38:07] ...I can't... ...I can't decide for others... ...here's the only one... ...I can really decide for... ...even Nathan... ...I can't tell Nathan anymore...

[38:19] ...he's his own man... ...he's gonna make his own choices... ...I can't tell him... ...but I can influence him... ...as far as it depends on you...

[38:31] ...and your household... ...walk rightly... ...before the Father... ...and don't let... ...racism... ...become an issue...

[38:43] ...don't let bigotry... ...become an issue... ...in your life... ...let the Father... ...do healing... ...if he needs to... ...correction... ...when he needs to... ...and all those things...

[38:55] ...will be good in your life... ...and if you'll live that out... ...others will get it... ...others will get it... ...we started out...

[39:06] ...to do set free... ...the aim of set free... ...was to go after... ...the folks that nobody else wanted... ...if there's a ladder of economy... ...you know...

[39:17] ...many people start into... ...addictive lifestyles... ...way up here... ...with a lot of money... ...in their pocket... ...and we were aimed at... ...those that had fallen off... ...that ladder... ...were in the mud... ...in quicksand...

[39:28] ...couldn't get out... ...even if they wanted to... ...they had to have a hand... ...to get out... ...they had no place to stay... ...they had no... ...no meals... ...I mean they were just... ...next to death...

[39:42] ...that's the ones... ...we wanted to reach... ...but we never said... ...well we're going to reach... ...all of those who are black... ...all those that are white... ...we never did that...

[39:55] ...but the Father trusted us... ...enough... ...to give us... ...those that were black... ...and those that were white... ...and those that were Hispanic... ...and those... ...he gave us...

[40:07] ...who he wanted us... ...and trusted us... ...to work with... ...put your life... ...in that position... ...and watch the Father... ...work...

[40:18] ...in you... ...through you... ...to you... ...by you... ...and for you... ...to the glory of God... ...to the glory of God.
